Choose your piece and available options, upload a clear pet photo, then move and resize the image in the preview. Review your artwork and placement before adding the item to your bag.

Use a sharp, well-lit photo taken at your pet’s eye level. Include their whole face and both ears. Natural daylight helps show their markings; avoid filters, blur and deep shadows.

Yes. The product customiser accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB. Upload a design you own or have permission to use, then adjust its position and size within the available area.
05Is the preview an exact picture of the finished embroidery?
The preview shows the size and placement of your uploaded image. It does not simulate individual stitches. Fabric, thread colours and small details can look different in the finished piece.
